1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Neuroviai’ services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Neuroviai offers digital software solutions, code libraries, and subscription-based online services. All products are delivered electronically only.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration details
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years old or have consent from a parent or guardian
• Take full responsibility for activities carried out under your account

4. Payment and Billing

Payments are securely processed through Razorpay. By purchasing, you agree to:

• Provide valid payment details
• Pay all applicable charges, including taxes
• Authorize auto-renewals for subscription services unless canceled
• Receive digital products immediately after payment confirmation

Currency: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

5. Digital Product Delivery

Upon successful payment:

• Digital products are delivered via email and/or your user dashboard
• Software licenses activate automatically
• Download links are provided immediately or within 24 hours
• Subscription access is granted without delay

6. Intellectual Property

All content and products offered by Neuroviai are protected under intellectual property laws. Customers are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use them under the terms specified.

You may not:

• Reproduce, resell, or redistribute our digital content
• Modify, decompile, or reverse engineer any software
• Remove any proprietary notices or copyright information
• Use the products for illegal, malicious, or unethical purposes

7. Subscription Services

For services billed on a subscription basis:

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the next cycle
• You can cancel anytime via your account dashboard
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are not issued for unused or partially used billing periods

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services to:

• Engage in illegal or harmful activities
• Violate any local, national, or international laws
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of Neuroviai or others
• Threaten, harass, abuse, or discriminate against individuals or groups
• Submit false or misleading information

9. Limitation of Liability

Neuroviai is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business, resulting from the use of our services or inability to access them.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified via email or dashboard notifications. Continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
