Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Digital Products Policy

Important Notice: All sales are final once a digital product has been delivered and accessed.

Due to the nature of our offerings (software, code, digital subscriptions), these products cannot be returned once accessed. By purchasing, you agree that refunds are not available after delivery.

2. No Physical Shipping

Neuroviai is a digital-only service. No physical items are shipped. All products are delivered via:

  • Email (download/access links)
  • Account dashboard
  • Software auto-activation
  • Direct download from our platform

3. Subscription Cancellations

Good News: You may cancel your subscription anytime without cancellation charges.

Steps to Cancel:

  • Log in to your Neuroviai account
  • Go to "Subscription Management"
  • Select "Cancel Subscription" and confirm

Terms:

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing cycle
  • Access remains available until the current period ends
  • No pro-rated or partial-period refunds
  • Subscriptions can be reactivated anytime

4. Exceptional Refund Circumstances

We may offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Technical Errors: Software defects that prevent normal use
  • Duplicate Payments: Multiple charges for the same product
  • Billing Mistakes: Incorrect charges due to our system errors
  • Unauthorized Transactions: If proven, and reported within 7 days

Important: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase with proper evidence.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund under exceptional cases:

  • Include your Order ID and payment reference
  • Provide a detailed description of the issue
  • Attach screenshots or proof where applicable

Processing Time: Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–10 business days through Razorpay to the original payment method.

6. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after product access
  • Incompatibility with your device/system
  • Lack of technical knowledge to use the product
  • Partial use of subscription period
  • Requests beyond 30 days from purchase
  • Custom/personalized software or development

7. Payment Gateway

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI DSS-compliant platform. Their refund timelines are:

  • Cards & Net Banking: 7–14 business days
  • UPI & Wallets: 7–14 business days

We follow Razorpay’s policies in all applicable refund cases.

8. Chargeback Policy

Disputing a charge without contacting us first may lead to:

  • Suspension of your account
  • Termination of access to purchased items
  • Legal action if misuse or breach of terms is proven
